The MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Ozone Cell has had a design change due to the connection plug being discontinued by the plug manufacture and unable to be sourced any longer. Due to this Air Care Products have had to use a different connection plug when producing the MK2 Ozonair units.

If you have a MK2 unit with a black Plug (Shown in image) a new Endcap will be require for the unit to be compatible with the new MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Ozone Cell.

New MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Control Unit are available to purchase on their own or part of a bundle deal.

Air Care Products are offering a service for customers with an “old” MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Control Unit with a black plug to be swapped for the new white connection plug.

The customer will cover the cost of getting the MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Control Unit to Air Care Products.

Air Care Products will update the connector plug and return back free of charge 

Ensure to include a copy of the return address inside the parcel.

It is the customers responsibly to ensure the MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Control Unit is delivered safely, Air Care products takes no responsibility for loss or damage of the returned MK2 Ozonair Purifier Replacement Control Unit until it arrives at their premises. Once received they will replace the connection plug and test before dispatching back to the customer on a 48 hour tracked service.
