110mm/4″ Radial Flanged Tank Connector Radial
The Radial Tank connector is ideally suited for placement on contoured surfaces such as a vortex chamber. Where the radial shaped design, contours snugly onto the outside surfaces leaving a close fit for the final sealing of the 110 mm outlet port
This flanged tank connector has been designed to work in conjunction with 110mm solvent weld pipe (please view our pipe identification chart for finding your correct pipe size)
Flange tank connectors are quick and easy to use, making them perfect for any job, great for inlet/outlet ports between chambers.
The flange tank connector has been designed like a socket/joining bush, allowing for the ridged pipe to be solvent welded on either side of the connector. This is perfect if you wanted to join onto the inside/outside of a tank/filter system.
The flange tank connectors are solvent weld; always use a non-toxic sealant when fitting this product. Apply to the flange body and the sealing ring to offer a superb watertight seal when being assembled
Supplied – flange tank connector body, sealing ring, and stainless steel screws (quantity will vary depending on the size of the flanged tank connect)
Tank/Liner Thickness
The flange tank connector is supplied with self-tapping stainless steel screw, the self-tapping screw can be used with tank/liner thickness of up to 5mm. however if the Tank/Liner you want to join the flange tank connector to, is thicker. The Flange Extension Kit consists of 6 stainless steel bolts, locking nuts, and 12 stainless steel washers. The different kits will enable the flange tank connector to be used with tanks/liners from 0-20mm in thickness (For more information please see our product archive)
